In looking up more on Pennsylvania and Mr. Shapiro, I ran across a piece noting that there are 7 heavily republican counties in PA that do not begin counting until this morning, FWIW
Alot of people do not recognize this was already done in midterm 2018.
The Ds gained +17 house seats plus some governorships, a Senate seat, and numerous lower level posts weeks after election night.

Which basically allows Dems to print as many votes as they need -- they have days to fill in as many Bidens as they need, then record them without a postmark. This is the only way for Biden to win Pennsylvania. Philly Dems willing to do the dirty deeds dirt cheap.
