We did well in 2017. And outside of Leal, we have not really missed in state this class (noting, there are a lot of rumors swirling about shenanigans with him). But, in general, the perception is that our while our DL coach might be a good position coach, he is not a closer. Most of what success he has had to date at Texas was due in large part to a heavy dose of Carrington.
 
2019 JUCO RB Rhamondre Stevenson (Cerritos College) will visit us when the dead period is over in Jan.
He will sign in Feb.
 
OL commit Javonne Shepherd (North Forest) says he will not sign early. Will sign in Feb.
I was hoping for early sign

So the rumors on this were coming from the family, not Marcus. They began to worry about the difficulty for them to be able to get to see his games. So far, Marcus says he is 100%

He told me he was leaning USC. Coach Hand started following OL grad transfer Nathan Eldridge (Arizona), and JUCO OLs Paiton Fears (Hutchinson, KS) and OL Keenan Walker (Independence, KS).

DL Mike Williams has quit the team.
Just packed his stuff and went home without much warning
He was a promising talent.
Anyway, opens up another spot

I think he is making a reference to Sanders (who is probably going to Alabama).
