Couple of JUCO OLs we are after OT Myron Cunningham (Iowa Central CC) probably the top of the list

Also, Hand is in Calif looking at JUCO OL Jay Williams -- no offer yet but maybe after the visit

Guessing at filling in the class --

2 OLs --JUCO OT Myron Cunningham +Isaiah Hookfin
1 WR -- Bru McCoy or Kennedy Lewis
1RB -- Noah Cain
1 LB -- Caleb Johnson

I think he is S all the way
Although some people think he could play corner
He is listed at 6'1.5, 192
He is top 200 natl and top 25 in Calif but thinks he is way underrated
Agree, but he lists himself as a WR which prompted the question. If he is really 6'1" and can handle another 15 pounds or so Safety would be his position. Otherwise a fast CB (like Jammer who was 6') in the making.

247 asked LB Caleb Johnson if Oregon has taken the lead in his recruitment --

“I wouldn’t say that. But going into this next week, no one is really at the top. I’ve got a lot to think about.”

DB or WR?? He does seem to have some serious wheels.

Here is a snippet from "The Stampede" that popped up today

" .... One of the highest rated prospects in UT’s class, Adimora has tremendous upside as he has only been focused on football for a few years. Adimora actually started off as a basketball player before making the transition to the gridiron.

However, Adimora picked things up quickly and has an opportunity to be a special playmaker in the secondary at the next level. “He’s fast,” Bedell said. “He is quick to diagnose plays, which makes him very fast to the football. His size gives him the ability to cover a variety of players, but he can also be a factor in the run game. “These attributes make him versatile when you are game planning. We would use him at times as an in the box defender on one play then back as a middle safety on the next.”

Catalon missed most of his senior year due to a knee injury. He OVs to Austin Dec 14-15. His final 3 are Texas, Piggy and TCU.

Here is something from Inside Texas today on him that popped up --

“What makes this hard is that everyone offers me a great education and opportunity," said Catalon. "Texas has an amazing campus and has impressed me with there play this year. I'm eager for my official."

Here is what I added about him on previous page --

"...At the beginning of this recruiting season, Washington was considered a borderline 5-star WR. But he was injured going into the early camps. He participated eventhough not fully recovered and his numbers were as good as they would have been fully healthy. As a result, he was moved down in the rankings and never recovered...."

how are we doing at running back? any 5 stars that look like a combo of EARL, CEDRIC, RICKY and BUTCH HADNOT???? that are wanting to wear a steer on their helmet?

From a 247 West Coast site on Bru McCoy...

"Texas WR coach Drew Mehringer just left the McCoy home after a four hour visit. Bru probably has a closer relationship with Mehringer than any other coach recruiting him and the entire family really likes him a lot. I was told the visit was a home run and the interest in UT remains extremely high right now. Mehringer will be back in next Tuesday with Tom Herman."

But, at about the same time .....
