Congrats on that title UT.
As a Husker, I watched you guys in Dallas, and that was one damn fine looking team, you guys deserved it. Great job. Huston Street was on fire.
PS-Please do me a favor and beat the hell out of OU this fall on the gridiron. If I have to hear one more arrogant, jacka$$ Sooner go off on you guys, I may just puke. See you in Lincoln for the football game. Maybe we'll have 1 vs. 2 in that game that would be so f'ing awesome. If the sooners win for the 3rd year in a row, I don't know if I could bear what will happen on Hornfans. At least you own them in baseball.

I still can't get the smile off my face. Texas Baseball is back and we have the trophy to prove it.
Every time I think of our fine CWS Baseball Team, I smile and and remember every awesome moment of that season, game by game. The UT BASEBALL TEAM will always be a source of pride. Congratulations to every fine young gentlman that played on that fine team,and good luck in the future, you have showed everyone what dreams are made of. Hook'em

Hopefully the SUBJECT LINE will be changed to 2002 - 2003 National Champions.
Congrats to the NCAA Baseball National Champion 2002 Texas Longhorns, the coaching staff, and everyone else associated with the program. And thank you all. As Augie said, 5 championships. Conference reg. season, conf. tourney, regional, super regional, and CWS. This team played with heart and played as a team. A pleasure to watch.
I was fortunate enough to follow the team from early in the year. From sitting in the cold watching the comeback against Baylor in early March, to the mid-game celebrations during the demolition of Cougar High in Game 2 of the super regional (and of course the win in game 3), and lots of radio broadcasts when I couldn't go. Awesome. I just wish I could have gone to Omaha. Maybe I'll get a chance to correct that in 2003.

Baseball is my ace in the hole. Any time a Mobilehoma fan gives me crap (which is often), I respond with - "how's your baseball program?"
