What are you listening to?

There really was a time when Sammy Hagar was good and that time was not when he was with Van Halen. Consequently there was a time when VH did not suck and it was not when they were with Hagar. Neither were responsible for the suckage that was Van Hagar. Both are. But let's get back to good Sammy.

I love his work with The Jam, The Style Council and solo. Very talented dude who is, dare I say, underrated?!

Was listening to this on the commute to work this AM.

Can't help but think of the Geico commercial from a few years ago...

BTW, Walking Horn's looking cool in shades!

Would like to send this out to all you "fine" Hornfans people and those "main men" Worster and Dion. Dion is a "pimp" sounding name.

That groovy dude above, said to tell Worster, he was more partial to this song, because of his dancing ability.

This "boogie check" is for all you Hornfans "dudes and foxy mamas."

I didn't realize it until seeing those videos, KC's hairstyle is pretty much the one I had in HS

1975 was the best summer of my life! :coolnana:

Been doing some heavy script writing for a test we're preparing at work so been playing Worldbeat Radio on Pandora for something more relaxing

And a big surprise came up

Wow, Walking Horn... I did not see Neil Young coming from you. I wore my Harvest album out long ago.

or before Crosby Stills Nash & Young... and Neil Young solo.... a little Buffalo Springfield Neil Young with Steven Stills:

She's searching for a "Heart of Gold." She keeps searching and Worster's growing old.

What's this Cool Daddy-O stuff Dion layed on me? I thought I was supposed to a pimp daddy. I'm no Maynard G. Krebs beatnik.

The only beatniks I ever identified with were these. I know how to "Dig Them Tators." Too bad they had to go back to "Squaresville, because of Big Daddy and his bread.

Damn this guy is so talented. I still find it funny that he looks like a combo of Spud from Trainspotting and Ron Weasley from Harry Potter. But his voice, such power. Still digging this after two years.
