That is a big question at this point. If peace could have been negotiated early there was a good chance Russia would have been good with Donbass and Crimea. That isn't so clear now.

Ukraine is out. It's just a matter of how much land, men, and economics they are going to lose. Even the US officials are saying the same thing. They are saying Ukraine should wage an insurgency. Which of course is possible and may be attractive to some in Ukraine. However, I am not sure that is what they would choose without the NATO/CIA influence.

Most of this has been stated by Col. Douglas MacGregor. He used to draw up battle plans for how to attack Russia and defend from Russian attack.

Just think about during the Obama Administration. Who was heavily involved in Ukraine policy? Whose soon was tied in financially into their corruption? Follow the money.

Max Boot said this out loud. He said this is OUR war. They have also been talking about funding an insurgency now for at least a month. I wouldn't say this mean Russia will move West or not, but it doesn't help.

Economically this will starve a good portion of North Africa and the Middle East. Of course this will impoverish Ukraine as they fight a war. They can't produce and sell grain while this is going on.

It also disconnects Russia from Europe and aligns them with the Global East. Is that really good for Western Europe and the US? Do we really want Russia working with China to build an Asian bloc? I don't think it is.

The best option for the US is still to trade with Russia and build a better relationship. Putin is a classic mafia boss. That means he is ruthless and evil. But it does mean he values money. Russia is also Orthodox Christian. As different as we are from them, there are bridges to build on. With China, none of those bridges exist. The CCP is an actual Communist government too. That is the real enemy, Communism abroad and at home.

Aww...I see that certain people don't like having a truth-bomb lobbed in their general direction.

Why certain users refuse to believe their own eyes and ears is beyond me. At some point in time, rational thought HAS to enter the equation. Sadly, some just listen to and then parrot the MSM talking points on any given narrative...

True story. My daughter took catching lessons from a guy named Brandon. Just so happens that the catcher for the Round Rock Express looks just like him and he's our favorite player so we call him Brandon. A few weeks ago while at a game and not thinking clearly I yelled Come on Brandon! Yeah, heads turned and it took me a minute to figure out why.

Bubba's guy is actually seen in multiple videos sniffing and fondling women and girls of all ages. Somehow, he is deemed to be more presidential, and the media ignored it all and RINOs looked the other way.

It’s funny to me Bubbas animosity for the use of ‘Brandon’ but he always uses the ***** grabber moniker. Personally I think the ‘Brandon’ is a lot less use of derogatory language but what do I know.
