Very good to see all these moves against DEI, but it can't end with this. We need a brutally tough federal law on point. If we don't, it'll all be back.

My concern is that agencies aren't really getting rid of it. The ATF site was returning 403 errors that I wasn't authorized to view the page. If they really got rid of it, the link should have returned a 404 error for 'not found.'

I think he's wrong. He's right that it was never about popular support. However, if a Democrat wins again, those same elite forces will push for it again. And they will get it unless there is a very clear and very strong federal law prohibiting it - like strong enough that people get sued or even go to jail if they do it.

Government tech people (even contractors) are stupid and notoriously crappy at what they do, despite being very well-paid, so at this point, I'm willing to consider incompetence over malice. However, there needs to be follow-up from the White House and DoGE. Any agency head who tries to circumvent the EO should be expeditiously sh!tcanned.

Exactly. See above. The content is hidden not gone. DEI folks are waiting for 2029 in hopes that a Dem wins, and they can just restore the content.
