Trouble in Paradise?

Just curious, Is there anyone here at Hornfans that's younger than Generation X?
Good question, I think there are a few but perhaps we need to increase our recruitment strategy for younger friends and even offspring and friends of offspring. I’m right in the middle of GenX, UT BBA ERB 2000, born in ‘77.

Middle? GenX is 1965/1966-1979/1980

OMG this is possibly the best description of Hornfans I have ever seen!

I just read this to my wife and she lost it!
Funny!
Some truth to this analogy , but I also think the maturity here cuts down on the nonsense that other forums have.
Sure, we disagree here from time to time and that’s really healthy but it’s really rare to see anybody do junior high personal attack here

Wow! There are some wretched folks in aggie land.

Mental health may be a fraught issue with people who willingly squeeze their own testes and shout "whoop", though, so some extra forbearance is probably called for.

Yeah, funny and interesting you mentioned it, there were many comments / posts about "mental health" on Texags...

So I was in high school back in November 1974, when the Horns beat aggy 32-3. The following Monday, some of the guys in FFA came to school wearing black armbands.

Curious to know if this was a tradition at any other schools.

That was the last game I attended before I graduated. Ags came in ranked in top 5 & were picked to stomp a mud-hole in our bung holes. Circumstance of fluke opening, Horns were up 17-0 with less than 2:00 gone in 1st qtr. That was a glorious day, indeed. Glad we sent your farmer classmates into mourning.

I remember that game well!
