Texas @ Wyoming in 2009

I moved from Wyoming to Austin way back in the day.

Parts of Wyoming are really beautiful and its definitely worth spending some extra time touring the state if you have it. In addition to the other listings on here, you can also go see on of 10 Archaeopteryx specimens in the world at the Wyoming Dinosaur Center in Thermopolis, WY. You can also go out and see dinosaur bones in the ground or actually dig up dinosaur fossils for the day. All the fossils quarried there are stored and researched in the museum. I forget exactly when the quarries close for the year, but if the weather is decent I could arrange something if people are interested.
 
WHEN oh WHEN are we going to schedule UNLV? If we need to pick someone from the Mountain West other than TCU, why not a game in Vegas? Here's how i wish we would schedule non-conference games.

Game 1 - Cream Puff Directional School
Game 2 - Marquette Match up BCS team (OSU, UCLA, Ole Miss etc)
Game 3 - In State school (Rice, TCU, UTEP, TCU, SMU)
Game 4 - Destination city (UNLV, Tulane, Boston College, USF, Hawaii, Cal, etc).

This would be awesome. Every year we would have a game to tune up, a game to keep the pollsters happy, a game to keep the in-state recruits happy, and a game to keep the vacationing Alums happy.
