That defensive holding penalty was awful and so was the PI call. Ridiculous

So a player allowed to slam the ball down in anger but he can't celebrate too much. Huh...

We did have a defensive holding penalty against Okie State in the 4th quarter three years ago. Big 12 said it was wrongly called afterward I think. The rule is pretty clear. You can push, pull and do whatever possible to get to the ball carrier. You cannot obstruct an offensive player from getting to a point by holding. Apply that to what we just saw and it is beyond crazy.

Yep. Poona Ford himself was blatantly getting held by TWO different guys of theirs on that play, too.

Yup then the ref chest bumped Charlie and gave him a flag for it. That was the worst called game I had ever seen but this one says hold my beer
