Texas vs Maryland Game Thread

Why are we relying on Porter right now? I get it if he's the best blocker at RB, but him running patterns is unlikely to win us this game.
 
Another winnable game and we managed to lose it. I’m done. This team has regressed and all the hype was nothing but hot air. No discipline. If the program is going to improve, we’ll need to put together a serious package and go get the best coach there is, not best available, THE BEST.
 
I they rush 2, why can't Sam take off and have the OLine get out in front. Almost like a screen but never throwing the ball. You have to be creative in these situations. And once again we suck under pressure.
 
OK, Sam does it again, and again. Shane must start the next game. Sam gave it his best shot. Not good enough. Shane deserves his chance.

Well, we don't get that 4th and 6 with Shane back there, but yeah.

We have a lot more problems than Sam. D should not have been gashed like this. WRs still give up on the play and stand around when they reach the end of their route. But Sam was certainly a part of the problem and not part of the solution.
 
Herman gets outcoached by a guy who is not the head coach. A last minute sub. All the distractions Maryland is dealing with, yet our team makes the unfocused, stupid mistakes.

Herman is over hyped, over sold, and over his head.
 
Shane Beuchelle must really REALLY suck at football because Sam Ehlinger has tunnel vision, is totally inaccurate, and well he is just not that good. At all.

Note: I don't really think Shane Beuchelle sucks at football. I think we have a head coach and OC who suck at what they do.
 
Tim Beck must go...and if that doesn't happen, then Tom Herman must go. This sort of an onfield abortion is unacceptable!
 
I’ve been a big Sam believer, but if he isn’t going to run and he’s just going to float wounded ducks down the field, bench him.

No way I watch next week. better things to do with my time. Maybe watch USC. Won't watch TCU or OU as those will be wipeouts. Pretty much done until next year. It's seriously not worth the energy. Why so many of you spend money on tickets is beyond me. Seriously take a look at your life? Buy a boat, weekend house, something. Anything's better than this crap.
