We get no ************* breaks since Herman took over. Teams that mentally aren't "in it" just don't understand how important the little things are. And Tom hasn't gotten that buy-in from the team like he did in UH.

Maryland is probably going to win 3 games total again this year. And we're going to lose more because of killing ourselves and not creating any breaks.
