Texas-Vanderbilt Game Thread

I guess we didn’t see that Pavia could scramble in the film prep. No reason to worry about the edge… goodness gracious

Wow. Our defense took a ridiculously awful incorrect angle and let the guy score. Our defense was there, in position to stop him for a short game.
 
Worst case scenario on defense. Every analysis I heard prior to the game – every single one — stressed that the Texas D had to maintain lane and position integrity (hold the edge, etc.) to prevent what we just saw happen.

Disgusting.
 
lol. You’re right. I’ve spent a week trying to get the bad taste out of my mouth only to swallow another pile of turd at the start.

I’ll control the negativity
At least pace yourself in case this keeps up for a few hours.
 
#3 made a terrible play on containment on the Pavia scramble. It wasn't a bad angle per se, it was it was the fact that he didn't rush outside-in. The DT was rushing inside-out. This is basic football that apparently Texas doesn't coach anymore.
