Craig Way's editorial comment was that everyone had to turn in their all tourney team ballot before Mouldy hit his mammoth homer. So, he thought the vote might have been different and favored Mouldy if allowed to turn it in a bit later. Also, he and Keith were only given one ballot (I guess it's one ballet per radio booth).
