Texas only had 7 in the first half against LSU and put up 31 in the 2nd half. Herman took over the playcalling in the 2nd half. Herman has to do it again.

So OU has 260 yards, 107 of which is Hurts running. We basically shut down everything but his scrambles. They aren’t pushing over us, and their receivers are not running loose.

OU has studied our tendencies. Their speed to the ball is great. I’m thinking that we need to work faster, run a bit more — north and south — and use Eagles if OU is focusing on CJ & DD.

The OL is struggling, perhaps because OU is confusing us. The first half was a win for them.
