By the way, only Kansas has a chance against this Memphis team. If Kevin Love isn't fouled out by the half, either he is being destroyed or it will be time to seriously look into the connections between the refs, UCLA, and Las Vegas. No way UCLA can keep up with this speed and size without hacking on every other possession. Question is, will they call it?

Yeah, you're right. My sadness has caused a bit of a neural shutdown right now. I completely forgot about UNC in my misery. But I wouldn't give UCLA more than a 5% at beating Memphis.

Memphis is 37 -1 for a reason. UT making the elite 8 was awesome, a great year for them.

That was a face-raping, pure and simple. We were outclassed for the first time all year. Yeah, we had a bad game, but that was because they never let us establish any semblence of consistent offense (save for first few minutes of second half) and they handled the zone defense we threw at them without any difficulties. Calipari's dribble drive motion offense is brilliant and we did not have any answers defensively. They were attacking the zone from every direction at breakneck speed, even in the halfcourt.

Maybe Carolina can hang with them, but if they play like they did today, no one will take them.
