Yes..actually I do remember Murphy shining. However in my springtime mood of unreasonable optimism I dislike reality checks...especially those that are absolutely on point.
 
Manning looked VERY sharp. Comfortable in the pocket, precision throws, great long ball throws.

Over 300 yards passing and 3 TD's.
 
I feel better about our receivers this spring than last, even though I expect 3-4 of last year's starting WR and TEs to be catching passes in the NFL next season.

One more Westlake end, maybe two, and we are set. Westlake players never portal and they have boats on the gorgeous Lake Austin..3 miles from campus. Imagine you’re a recruit on an informal visit, zipping along the glass -smooth Lake Austin with a local Westlake player, your age, as your boat captain.

Texas HC Steve Sarkisian: "I thought from the game perspective, probably the most exciting spring game I've ever been a part of. I've been doing this quite some time but that was pretty entertaining on a lot of levels. What I loved about it was we played tackle football for over 100 plays and nobody got injured."
