Because he would be a martyr before dawn, with buildings, streets. parks named after him, but worse is that his death would be an excuse for the real culprits to line their pockets with more cash, which was intended for the less fortunate.

Who knows they would probably replace the statue of some deserving person in history with a new statue of this scumbag.

I agree except that those called liberals today do not share any ideology with classical liberals. The liberals today are mostly progressive and socialist. The only use parts of classical liberal arguments to support a larger and more oppressive state.

I understand your position, Orangeyman - and I agree. Seattle and Portland were once very nice cities (if you overlook the freeway tie-ups in Seattle), but they have now gone down the tubes - thanks to the "leadership" of their elected officials. I have no desire to return to either city.

Don’t feel confused. He doesn’t have the foggiest idea what he’s saying either. He’s trying to remain relevant (if he ever was), and keep Phil Knight’s checks coming in because he isn’t worth a **** as a QB, or a human being.
 
And the NFL is urging teams to hire Kapernick!!! They're begging them to! They apparently want the racial chaos he would bring. I also heard that the NFL is considering playing "The Black National Anthem", whatever that is (I didn't know there was one), BEFORE the National Anthem. If they do that, I'll never watch an NFL game again.

I gave up NBA basketball years ago and I'm glad now. I hear they're considering painting "Black Lives Matter" on their courts. I guess I'm down to golf and maybe college football. It depends how stupid NCAA football gets.

I agree about the he won't shut up part. I actually disagree that they want him to shut up. They are too woke for that. They showed that when they didn't nip it in the bud the moment it happened the first time.
