Same cop at same PD would later murder his girlfriend. And her boyfriend. Caught’em in bed breaking the Lord’s Law. He successfully avoided prosecution.

They would be alive today if the corrupt DA had done her job. She’s corrupt af.

I will chime back in after seeing the new videos of his last two altercations with police. This was not a good dude and he was pursued by a deputized idiot and his son.
 
Growing up in Georgia and being black probably isn’t fun. Unless you are a running back for Georgia.

Those fellas seemed like they were able to get in their Trucks with guns and move on Arbery way too fast. Like some other neighborhood fellas further up the road tipped them off and reported a black person in the area.
 
Can I citizen arrest Mcmicheal after killing Arbery? If I felt scared?

For the Arbery killing? No. My understanding is that he has already been taken into custody and isn't trying to escape. However, if we're following the law to the letter, you could follow him and wait until he forgets to use his turn signal correctly and arrest him for that.
 
You could definitely shoot a guy taking a video, however. He poses a serious danger to everyone. It’s okay to extend that to media members as well.

The culprit behind the horrific beating of an elderly man at a nursing home in Detroit made a YouTube video in which he asserted that “black people are supposed to rule the earth.”

Footage emerged yesterday of a man later identified as 20-year-old Jadon Hayden beating up a defenseless elderly white man by repeatedly punching him in the face.
 
It looks like the "self-defense" narrative in the Arbery case is unraveling. According to evidence compiled by the GBI:
  • the two trucks (one with Travis and Gregory McMichael, the other with William Bryan) had been pursuing Arbery for an extended period of time, repeatedly trying to block him in
  • at one point, Bryan's vehicle hit Arbery, leaving a dent and cotton fibers
  • after shooting Arbery, McMichael leaned over the body and called Arbery a "f***ing n***er".

The most bothersome thing about all of this is that the local police didn't do a serious investigation, or press charges. This puts a lot of context on the growing outrage black Americans feel when it comes to how they are treated by the police.

The hate crime was the police arresting Jadon without considering that whitey discriminated against him by hiring him at a low wage job and expecting him to care for old whiteys. Poor Jadon.
