Or some great Christmas style red and green chile New Mexican enchiladas with posole and pinto beans washed down with a Don Julio anejo margarita from The Shed in Santa Fe. This is my 4th trip to/thru Santa Fe with the last three specifically to eat here. This makes me very happy.

Hey Vol, Santa Fe is our go to for a get away but I do not recall the Shed. Where is it?

It's right downtown by the big Cathedral. If you didn't know it was there you'd miss it. If you go you must make reservations. It's not a swanky place, it just that popular. They open at 5p for dinner and we had 5:30p reservations. We walked up at 5:10 to check in on Friday and there was already a 52 person wait list. The walk up person in front of us was told to expect a call in about 3 hours.
