I have been there - lost a sibling out of 7 due to cancer 20 years ago. The pain fades but never goes away. We can only hope families are reunited again.

Ironic in a sense that just this morning in a fit of melancholy my wife mentioned the age of her numerous elderly siblings and we have a destiny of multiple funerals. Then the reality of who the heck knows, we could precede them all. Thank you Father for the years we’ve had.

Thanks. I'll stay away. I certainly have opinions and I can't help commenting, every now and then, but I'd prefer not to here. I had to be very careful about expressing political opinions for almost 40 years because of my job.... which was federal.

To be fair the thread title is called random thoughts. I can see how one could be confused. On further reflection, probably not wise to ask posters on Horn Fans to post their random thoughts - never know what you are going to get.

IF only there could be a way to harness and use AI usefully - I know Who gets to decide what is useful? Medical diagnosis is one. Trouble shooting repairs is another.
