I'm hopeful that after Jerrah assumes room temperature that Stephen Jones and the family realize the BURDEN placed on the team & coaches by Jerrah over the decades and they will go out and find a legit GM that has a successful track record.

It's very, very doubtful. The intrigue is whether it is going to be Stephen or Charlotte. Charlotte is already the front person for everything (including stadium operations) except the football team. Stephen will explode like a balloon one of these days, and Jerry Jr. runs very successful real estate operations.
