Maybe in the sane border state (Texas) and the semi-sane border states (New Mexico and Arizona), but not in the insane border state (California).

Unfortunately the protesters in DC assumed they would get fair treatment. After leftist violence at the Trump 2016 inauguration, 2020 BLM riots, and Trump RNC in 2020, it should have been a warning that they will not get fair treatment. This is further supported by what we learned at the Sussman trial (FBI leadership lied to the DOJ to keep the Trump collusion investigation going). It’s a cesspool.
