Theoretically, it could, but in practice how's that actually working out? California is an easy state for me to pick on because it's very liberal. But consider other more conservative states like Mobilehoma or Arkansas. Do they operate better than Texas does? I don't see much evidence of it.
 
Not an irrational point Mona, all I can say is deadlines and time lines always forced me to greater focus when I was in the corporate world.

“We are grateful to the Indianapolis Indians for the opportunity to share our story with Hoosiers throughout central Indiana,” Brian Buchanan, Chief of the Miami Nation of Indians of Indiana, said in the announcement. “When the history of Indiana is studied, the major influence of Native American people is seen in the names of Indiana cities, state parks, rivers, food, celebrations and other cultural points of interest. We have encouraged the team to remain the Indianapolis Indians.”
 
I wondered when minor league teams would get hit since the NFL and MLB changed names. Some probably already have caved. That's nice to see one standing up for itself. In a few decades, the liberal cycle will reset, and they'll complain that not enough pro teams have native names.

There's truth to this. The entire push to change names was dumb, because it ignored the fact that having a team named after you is a sign of honor and respect. This why actual Native Americans largely didn't care. This was done largely to appease the activist class and make white liberals feel righteous about themselves.

"Activists Praise Kansas City's football team for being named the Chiefs but condemn the league for having too many stereotypical white based pro teams with the Vikings, Cowboys, and Patriots at the top of their list. New expansion team in Portland to be named the Portland Chinooks in a win for diversity. Meanwhile in the nation's capital, Commanders ownership signals a willingness to revert the team name to the Redskins after over 400 federally recognized tribes sign letter demanding such heritage be restored," writes the soon to be defunct New York Times.

I could see it happening. The rules of woke are changing all the time. Segregation used to be an evil thing. Now many on the left cheer it on. Same thing could happen on sports names. It's because the real rule is that if Whitey is doing it, it's bad.
 
Of course, there's still going to be new stupid change requests in the future like... "Democrats led by atheist Tim Anderson demand New Orleans Saints change name to honor blacks."

I saw an article just yesterday talking about all the current rounds of lay-offs and the DEI departments are being the first ones to be let go. And, oh by the way, 77% of the managers who lead those departments are white.

Well, if you're looking for waste to be dumped from a company, where else would you start? lol That's about the most useless employees a company could have. Not only do they do nothing, their job is to promote inefficiency and waste. It's like having someone paid to take a piss on the bathroom floors to keep the janitor busy.

Well, of course. DEI is largely a religious practice for secular, liberal white people.
 
How'd we miss this story? And I looked it up. It's real. Not from the Bee or a satire site. So you come home from "work" with a bunch of dudes' junk on your breath, and you're surprised that your boyfriend thinks it's gross?

I would presume after. Usually, it's a dealbreaker when a girlfriend or wife says to her guy, "I think I'm going to start letting people film me for money while I bang a bunch of other guys."

But of course this warrants the obvious question, which is why he went there in the first place. I suppose it's possible that he didn't know she was a porn star when they got to know each other, and she's obviously fairly hot, so he's presumably a bit "bootie blind" but has his limits.

But did he know when they first got together? He might have hooked up with her at a party or a club and started dating her because she's hot. By the time he found out she was a porn actress, she might have already rocked him pretty hard in the sack. And obviously it's tough to walk away from that kind of action. I'm not defending it and wouldn't do it myself, but I do understand it.

In all seriousness, it's not as though German women weren't walking around topless already. I saw topless sunbathers several times and saw a teenaged girl (probably 15) and her little sister (probably 8 or 9) cross the street (with her mom) in front of my car completely in the buck. They had been splashing around in a fountain on a hot day. And they didn't look embarrassed or uncomfortable at all. They just crossed the street like it was totally normal.

It's not that far off. German women take good care of themselves. They might drink beer, but they don't pig out on junk food, and they spend a lot of time outside even when they get old. They walk a lot as a means of transportation, and they hike on trails in the hills and mountains. They do the "Volksmarch" - when people in a community get together and just walk.

At home, they work in their gardens even when they're old and even when they're wealthy. I had some neighbors who were a man and woman in their upper 70s. They lived in a huge, fancy house and drove top of the line cars. Clearly they could afford to have their grass cut and garden maintained by someone else. But I'd regularly see them both outside climbing under bushes to pull weeds, etc., and that was normal. Almost everybody did that. It's a matter of personal pride for them.

The point is that unless they're disabled, Germans just don't spend much time sitting around and being inactive. As a result, the women usually have pretty good physiques regardless of age. A naked 50 year old German woman isn't a fat, flabby mess. She's more wrinkled than she was at 25, but her bod doesn't look bad.

Being in the porn industry feels like one of those things worth mentioning before getting too far into a relationship, but maybe she didn't.
