Post Left Wing looniness here

Aggies getting sued is always a good thing. And this is a government institution and state actor engaging in blatant race discrimination.

Another good lawsuit. A teacher reprimanded for refusing to entertain a student's gender delusion and refusing to lie to the student's parents about it.

Link.

Those lawsuits are needed. Sadly, they all seem to end up with public money going to the wronged (almost always white) person. Don't get me wrong. That part should remain. The lawsuit outcomes need to include the firing of workers who implemented the racist policies to get change. Those people don't care about spending Kansans' or Aggies' money.

Some enterprising HS student needs to bring back the fraudulent multiple personality disorder scam from the 1970’s. When the teacher calls on you, pretend you didn’t hear your name and then correct the teacher by giving the name of your other personality.

Wow, being an owner has its negatives. Haven’t followed this at all but this sounds outside the limits.

Good point. The payments need to come from garnishing the wages of government officials and cutting budgets.

"
A diversity chief at the Department of Defense's education wing went dark on social media after Fox News Digital found that she posted disparaging posts about White people on Twitter.

The chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer at the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), Kelisa Wing, described herself on Twitter as a "woke administrator." Fox News Digital reported that Wing published tweets calling White people "Karens," a derogatory word. "
Reading the tweets in the link(and they should be read) it is clear that diversity, equity and inclusion doesn't mean what the Woke crowd thinks it does.

It’s always about envy and resentment.

DoDEA has gone woke, especially after George Floyd and especially after Biden took office. It has long had other issues that are unrelated to this (a really bad common core math curriculum and poor phonics instruction at the elementary level), but it is trying to go full retard.

Nobody's going to garnish wages, but the Legislature would have to take on the universities in a meaningful way. They need to expressly prohibit this **** and cut budgets. My old organization (YCT) pushed for that for years, but nobody with real authority ever had the balls to take the universities on. The university leaders have also done a very good job at bullshitting the key people into thinking that the leftism is exaggerated and therefore not worth their attention.

It depends on who's bringing the lawsuit and why. If it's individuals trying to be compensated for the wrong done to them, then you're right. A check will make them go away, and unless the numbers get very big (enough to attract the attention of the it Legislature), nothing will be done. However, I'd like to see the actual practices challenged in court and taken up on appeal. It's more work, but it would make a lasting difference.

The time for timid neoconservatism is over. The time for saying what people can't do to hold the regime accountable is over. It is time to elect leaders that will harm those who are harming us. If a government employee or agency is guilty of a crime taxpayers shouldn't be held accountable, the criminal actors should directly. If not jail time, take their money, jobs, and property while keeping government spending the same.

That sounds very righteous, but beyond firing people, there's little that can be done. And frankly, that's enough. I don't need to jail people for being stupid or having bad intentions. Just take away their money and power.

I am talking about actual criminal things. That wouldn't apply to the case you mentioned above of course.

How does avoiding urinals help? Because half the population can't use them? Avoiding them makes the line for stalls longer so people should be encouraged to use the urinals.

You're not applying principles of equity to bathroom usage. Urinals enable men to wait less time to use the bathroom than women do, because guys who are pissing don't have to wait for those taking a dump. That isn't true of women, I mean "people assigned female at birth." Getting rid of urinals ends that inequity.
