Must be tough on you when run across a MacKenzie, or Tyler, or Sidney nowadays.

I suspect we're talking past each other. My whole point here is that I refer to people by their sex (or at least apparent sex), and I don't concern myself with gender. It's dumb. I don't avoid using pronouns when talking to or about someone. So I'm going to refer to "Caitlin" Jenner as he/him, and I'm not going to refer to him by his name any more than I would anyone else. What's your issue with that?

In support of Deez's theory of how single woke females are impacting politics (and life).....

Supply-side progressivism has a Single Woke Female problem (msn.com)

The problem Democrats have in rolling back regulations, particularly environmental regulations, appears to come from the fastest-growing segment of their political coalition: Single Woke Females.

As the percentage of married households in America has dropped to an all-time low, unmarried women have not only grown in numbers but also become much more liberal than in past generations. In the most recent election, married women voted for Republican candidates, 56% to 42%. Unmarried women voted even more overwhelmingly for Democrats, 68%-31%.

I don’t have a problem with that but apparently you have problems with people who chose dumb names for themselves. Pronouns in general are dumb anyway and should be avoided if possible. Even when used properly in text, they cause confusion because it’s not always clear which person is being referred to.

So as a general rule, you don't typically use pronouns? If so, that's awkward.

Have you ever had a text exchange when people use them indiscriminately and you can’t figure what the hell is going on?

Of course, but only when talking to people who don't understand how to use pronouns. And mchammer uses pronouns in mchammer's posts. When Deez reads mchammer's posts, Deez often sees pronouns. Deez thinks mchammer generally uses pronouns well.

Wow FA, I had not considered the “married vs single” relationship to political party. Makes sense to we who are sensible.

Apparently the difference between 2nd party and 3rd party pronouns are beyond your comprehension. When 2 people are speaking about each other, it’s rather obvious (e.g., you, me, I, etc.). The pronouns that are abused by gender advocates are 3rd party pronouns (she, he, they, them).
