NC driving . . . inside VaTech 40 now. Run for another 14 yards. VaTech is down 15 players, nine on defense plus a guy who got kicked out today for targeting. NC scores again on 16 yard rush.
 
aTm sacks Trask. ATm defender hurt--when teammate pushed him from behind while he was celebrating sack. Third and sixteen. Trask wastes clock calling and recalling audibles. Florida has to use time out to save delay penalty. Announcers question wasting that time out on a down that probably is not going to result in a first down anyway. Short pass, but runner is short of first down by five (?) yards. Lots of spectators in the stands. Supposed to be 30,000 but announcers say it looks like more than that and I agree. Poor punt. Only 38 yards.
 
VaTech scores and then trailing 42-24 recovers successful onsides kick. VaTEch scores pretty quickly. 11 point lead for Mack. . . . VaTech holds and will get the ball back.

Nice drive by Florida. First and goal from inside the one. Runner stopped on first down. Then short pass for score on second down.
 
aTm has the ball and driving with 2:50 to play. Already in field goal range. Third and seven at the Fla 35. Complete pass inside the 20. Clock is running. They run it inside the five. All up to the field goal kicker. Florida's defense is its achilles heel. Rated higher than they deserved. . . . 26 yard attempt is good! aTm wins.

NC up 56-37 with half of fourth quarter left. VaTech driving. VaTech throws TD pass with 5:20 to go. Going for two. No good. Oops. Defense had too many men on the field. Retry. Low snap, but QB takes it in anyway. 11 point game. Onside kick attempt fails. NC is milking the clock. First down run with around 3:30 to go. Another NC first down. 2:18 to go. VaTech out of time outs. Mack wins.

Turnover on Georgia's first possession. Snap over QB's head leads to Tennessee TD. Tenn sacks Ga QB on third down on next series. Tenn gets the ball at its own 8 yard line.
 
Ga holds and gets ball back in good field position with Tenn on top 7-0. Tenn player tossed for targeting (head butting QB) and Ga quickly passes down to inside Tenn 5, followed by rushing TD on next play.

Tennessee gets a passing TD after replay review. They are up on Georgia. Georgia kickoff returner makes it to the 40 with 3 minutes left in the half.
 
Georgia has a foot to go for a TD with 16 seconds left in the half. Runner is stuffed. Last time out with 1 second to go. TD or field goal try. They are going for it. Tenn takes a time out. No TD. Great goal line stand.

Arkansas scores another TD. Going for 2 to make it a three point game. No good. Auburn leads 17-12 with a couple of minutes left in the half.
