I haven’t been a Texans fan, but I think they have a very good team, and a great coach. It’s also obvious that the officiating in the league is still pathetic, and that they almost always err to the side of the Chiefs. Somewhat disgusting.
My other observation is that Stroud, a very talented young quarterback, has to develop a clock in his head. Certainly the Chief’s deserve tremendous credit for their outstanding defensive effort, and the pressure. But time and time again, knowing that he didn’t have 4 to 5 seconds, Stroud was sacked, hurting his team. He needs to learn to get that ball out of his hand somewhere between 3 to 3.5 seconds. Throw it out of bounds. Airmail it to an “apparent” receiver. Whatever it takes. But get rid of it.
BTW, isn’t Kelce nauseating?
My other thought is that Sark could really benefit from studying the kinds of plays Andy Reed calls in the red zone. True, Mahomes is a special talent. But, Reid’s creativity makes a huge difference close to the goal line.
