OU was a 31 point favorite, I feel bad for those who took OU at the casinos.

There aren't many who likely gave the points. People have learned, or at least the sharps have. Much of the spike in the past week was the people who believed that Tulane would be out of it with the game being moved due to Ida. But many who gave the early 22.5 were buying back on the 30+ lines from what I gathered...
