So I know many on this board and particularly me, and many on other boards make fun of the predictable and hilarious posts on Texags, but are these posts real? Is there a place smart aggies go and AI doesn't post silly posts that we know can't be that silly? The recent posts just seem to be going from dum to dummerer.

About 5% of posts are from aggies whom I call “aggies by mistake” because they talk and act sane. You see them on certain threads laughing at the other stupid comments from their aggy brethren.
 
I think it actually toned down once they banned some of the riff raff and when 13-0 Branding Iron died from cancer like 5 years ago. And considering that it's different than it used to be, it's still very tin foil hat and ridiculousness compared to mainstream thought.
 
It’s better to avoid exposure..I have as much interest in that site as I do the San Diego Aztec’s.

I've never seen that board so confident about an upcoming football game as the one against Bama this weekend (same with ag posters over at the SEC Rant). Their team has looked much better the past couple of weeks, they may just pull off the upset, but most of them are already counting it as a win and speculating how it will set them up for a national championship run, lol
 
Like many, I have aggie friends who are 100% sane when it comes to just about everything in the world but somehow have a complete blind spot when it come to college football. That said. just about everyone I have talked to this week with connections to A&M is extremely confident about Alabama almost irrationally confident and a few are even predicting MUDHOLE. Honestly I think aggy wins but it could go either way. If aggy does win I fully expect another huge extension for Jimbo.
 
All this aggy bluster is exactly what precedes aggy let down. When will they ever learn? I expect Saban is really looking forward to pricking Jimbo’s giant stupid maroon balloon on Saturday.
He won’t crack a smile when he does it. He’ll just stare though Jimbo into his doofus clown soul and say “better luck next year”
 
Like Wylie Coyote, aggie is always funniest when they hit the wall going full speed.

Deep in the recesses of the miniature aggie mind, they already know what is going to happen Saturday.
 
It is funny that most aggies I know are predicting a win. I think the aggie logic goes Bama was bear by Texas, we are better than Texas and our band wins halftime. Ags by big numbers.

I don't think they match up well. Miami beat aggie by 15. Bama has allowed less than 13 points per game in the games other than ours, including holding Ole Miss to ten, and Mississippi's offense I think is better than aggie O. I just don't see agie scoring 21 points and I think Bama will.

I just don't know where the confidence comes from but I just dont see aggie scoring alot of points against Bama or being able to stop them. Miami moved the ball on aggie and Bama held a terrific offense that ran wild on LSU to 10. Is aggie offense better than ole miss? I think aggie is drinking the coolaide that Texas manhandled a poor Bama team. Bama has a good team and MILROE is getting better.
home field advantage is a "myth" that only aggies believe. Math tells us better.

Rumor has it that Milroe was injured this week in practice. Possible hamstring.

Both teams would be down to their backup QB.

First of all, there are no smart aggies. Secondly . . . Never mind, the first statement sums it up.

They are the worst. Like a whole board full of the aggy version of callers into the Finebaum show. That said, I highly recommend learning how to make a peaceful appearance on a rivals board. It makes you stronger in many of your online interactions. I've enjoyed my time here. The rules are you have to be kind and respectful and you have to take indiscriminate **** as it will come to you, especially at first. I have a more clear picture of my team and fan base when viewing through a burnt orange tint. The sunshine pumping at my own boards are just not the same since I survived Austin 3:16 and West Mall.
