Not even Spicer will defend this claim....

Hey! It looks like when we actually look for voter fraud, we find some. How would have thunk it. Not Democrats.

"Illegal Voters May Have Flipped Virginia Legislature to Democrats"
-- Newport News, where a hotly contested race ended in a tie, has had 71 ineligible voters cast ballots since 2011

"A forthcoming random draw to break a tie vote in a disputed state House of Delegates election in Virginia might not have been necessary had the state done a better job safeguarding its voter rolls, according to voter fraud experts.

While no one has alleged fraud in the District 94 race between incumbent Republican David Yancey and Democratic challenger Shelly Simonds, Newport News — where the district is located — has seen ballots by ineligible voters in the past.

Whoever wins in the end will determine whether Republicans maintain control of the Virginia legislature’s lower house, or Democrats gain a tie that will require the two parties to figure out some sort of power-sharing deal....."

SCOTUS has released an opinion in a voting law case. The interesting part, for the purposes of this thread, from the article --

“Justice Alito also cited statistics that 24 million voter registrations—about one in eight—are ‘either invalid or significantly inaccurate,’ and that about 2.75 million people ‘are said to be registered to vote on more than one state.’"

The Court liberals opposed culling bad voter registrations. They wondered how much more difficult voter fraud would be if that happened. I may have added that last part.

Keeping the voter rolls clean is not a bad practice. It's the implementation of cleanup that have been atrociously executed by some States.

This is not a bad procedure.
Under the supplemental process, voters who have not voted in two years are flagged and sent a confirmation notice. Voters who then fail to respond to the notice and fail to vote within the next two years are removed from the rolls.

The left keeps telling us voter fraud does not exist, yet voting machines in 18 states can be hacked in 2 minutes or less with no tools

Does anyone doubt the Dems will try this now that theyve been shown how? Desperate people do desperate deeds

This entire country needs --
-- an audit of all voter rolls
-- secure voting methods, and
-- voter id

The Justice Department announced charges Friday against 19 noncitizens who they say illegally voted in the 2016 election — putting a major spotlight on one of President Trump’s pet issues.

Among those accused of voting are illegal immigrants and legal residents alike — though none of them were citizens and therefore weren’t allowed to register to vote or cast ballots.

Uh oh...19 non-citizens voted. We'd better force 130 million into voter-ID rules. Even the great crusader of Kansas has still only found less than 1k of ineligible voters voting.

Captain of the Titanic: "No don't change course you idiot! It is such a small iceberg! We don't want to get behind schedule do we?"

When did gerrymandering become illegal? Thanks liberal Pennsylvania judges.

They decided the case under state law, so it only impacts Pennsylvania. The Republican leadership in PA is still trying to get the US Supreme Court to intervene, but I doubt that's going to be effective. Their federal case is weak.

Also they didn't make gerrymandering illegal per se. They deemed a particular map illegal. Obviously if Democrats take control of the legislature and gerrymander a new map, they want to leave enough wiggle room to justify not striking it down.

No that must be some sort of misunderstanding. Leftists on here have been telling us for years voter fraud is a GOP myth.

********. "Leftists" have been saying their is no evidence of a widescale problem. The evidence supports our side to the point that a Presidential commission on this point was shut down without uncovering any evidence of major problems.

The evidence supports that it was shut down because many states would not cooperate, red or blue.
