NCAA Brackets

The Purdue fans are beyond despondent.
It’s tough to go out of the tournament. It’s even tougher to go out in the first round. But to lose to a 16 seed going out in the first round is absolutely crushing. I’m sure Virginia fans are glad to have some company in that club. Whew boy!

Those announcers were talking about FD being the smallest school in the tourney. But not by much, they're less than 1,000 smaller than TCU.

Those who have YouTube TV might have early access to this new multi-view feature.

The late night studio show after the final game last night mentioned FDU being the shortest team in Division 1 (I was wrong, I thought the game announcers were talking shortest in the tournament. They are the shortest in the country. Incredible!)

Big 12 goes 5-2 in the First Round (Iowa St only team that didn’t hold their seeding shooting 23% and 9.5% beyond the arc. Abysmal performance.)

IF they were talking about enrollment not sure where those announcers got their info but there are several schools with smaller enrollments than FDU.
Colgate for example shows less than 4,000

Granted I didn’t watch the entire game, but I heard them mention the average height several times, but nothing about enrollment that I noticed.

George He was so far off the mark. Sloppy
For instance Colgate is 1/3 of FDU enrollment.
Maybe he was just confused since as it turned out FDU is quite short height was.

Speaking of short basketball players ...

I had to reach deep into the memory hole for this one. Mad Magazine #119 (June 1968), the 1968 All-Star Basketball Team. (Artwork by the incomparable Jack Davis.)

Awkinsaw giving Kansa fits. Two point game with 9 mins left.
