Refs won't let UConn lose and they will do all they can to oust Baylor before they get to the final four like they have for the last few years.
Really? They can beat A&M, and Louisville. Can they??

Seriously? I am now convinced that you are a Baylor fan.Refs won't let UConn lose and they will do all they can to oust Baylor before they get to the final four like they have for the last few years.
Monday, March 21, 2016 (NCAA Second Round)
TBD – Winner Game 1 vs. Winner Game 2 (TV TBD)
Obviously, we were the 8th seeded team.I bet the team is really deflated! This draw was just not right! The 8th seeded team should have been in the UConn bracket and that was not the horns!!!
A couple of weeks ago, we were ranked #5 by the committee. We lost to Baylor in Waco, made the Big 12 conference championship, and lost to Baylor again.
Arizona State lost at UCLA to end the season; then, lost in the quarterfinals to a Cal team not even being considered for the NCAA tourney.
Maryland and Oregon State we ended up winning their regular season championships, and tourney championships. I knew the committee would reward them for that and bump them up over us.
They really consider Baylor to be among the losers? They play basically in their backyard up to the Final Four. Sounds like a winner to me, same as UConn. It's not the same A&M and Louisville teams that beat BU in years past while BU is certainly stronger. I think they are reaching in making BU a "loser" in the draw.
Already stated earlier why I think that happened -- they couldn't have both UCLA and ASU in the same regional as top 4 seeds. OSU was a lock for Dallas, so no other PAC team could go there. Stanford was slated as the #4 seed in Lexington, so no other PAC team could go there (and they were intent on placing UK as the #3 seed at home). How does that put ASU above us though??
I guess the committee saw our 3 games against Baylor......lol.....How does that put ASU above us though??
They better not be deflated. They were obviously considered the weakest #2 and placed accordingly.I bet the team is really deflated! This draw was just not right! The 8th seeded team should have been in the UConn bracket and that was not the horns!!!

No way ASU jumped us after their last two losses.
Asu is a lot like Texas, they're a good defensive team but struggles at times offensively. On a neutral court Texas would probably be favored. But as Moooooo said, that wouldn't have mattered. How does that put ASU above us though??
No. Baylor lost to Louisville because Waltz outcoached Mulkey.Moooooo....
Not a Baylor fan...I'm a Longhorn but also a I'm a Big 12 fan...
Do you not remember how the refs cheated Baylor against Louisville a couple years ago ? Do you remember how they cheated us the last time we got to the final four and faced UConn ?
They cheat for UConn like they used to cheat for Tennessee......
we will not know until tomorrow...Anyone find out what seats they got for the tourney?
Any time set for Mondays games? I need to ask off work.
If we win, of course.
At Austin, Texas
19-Mar, 6:30 p.m. ESPN2
7 BYU vs 10 Missouri
19-Mar, 9 p.m. ESPN2
2 Texas vs 15 Alabama State
here we go: the start of one and done.
Looks we are deemed the weakest #2, therefore placed in UConn's bracket. Personally, regardless of which region we ended up in, we would run into a #1 seed in the Elite Eight. We just have to keep winning to get there.
Interesting to hear people saying they didn't want to meet Baylor again, we matched up poorly against S. Carolina, wanted to stay away from UConn. That pretty left ND, not exactly a pushover.
We need to beat a #1 to get to the final four. might as well be the best of the bunch. We will need to win three games before we find out just how much we have improved from last year.
no times set in the NCAA brackets. Probably the AAS story would have it or the texassports.com article once they get it up. I am just going to take the day off. Cover my bases.
There were still four other players on the court for Baylor that night to help carry the load. Louisville shot lights out beyond the three point line, and that had nothing to do with the defense played on Griner. I'm never gonna be disappointed when Baylor loses.Nope, Mooooo. For history's sake, I have to speak up for car54. It was a shameful job of coaching on Waltz' part to have his players maul Griner and a shocking failure of game calling that allowed Louisville to beat Baylor two years ago.
Not sure I would agree that this team is "stronger" than that Griner - sims team that was upset by LvilleThey really consider Baylor to be among the losers?
