That was a solid win for the Mavs at home. I'm curious to see if Josh Howard will be alive for Game 5 though.

If he does foul enough, and Anthony "hits the ground awkwardly", it could be a flagrant on Wright the way the refs are calling things this year.

I was at the game. It was completley halfass by Antonie Wright and he stopped playing defense which allowed Carmello to have a wide open shot.

Inexcusable.

I caught the last play of game 3 in a hotel bar with no sound...not knowing the Mavs had a foul to give.

My first reaction was that Wright was all over Anthony, and I wondered if they were trying to foul. Then he took the swipe, and I thought yeah, they are trying to foul. But then right after the swipe, he put his hands up in the air as if he didn't touch him...that's what confused me.

Ref missed the call no doubt, but damn, the Mavs could have handled that situation a lot better.

I am hoping the Rockets take the Lakers. I don't think the Nuggets will last more than 5 with the Lakers.

I rooted for the first Mavs teams (the Brad Davis days). Sorry it got ugly with the Nuggets.

Well Wright made another bad play in this one. Mavs were making their final run and trying to catch up to Denver, and then Wright shoves Nene to get T-d up. Ultimately it might have been Melo's 3 right before that pushed the lead back to 9 but that technical foul just seemed to take the air out of the Dallas comeback.

He didn't shove Nene. He shoved JR Smith. If anyone had any doubt as to who is better between Nene and Dampier, this series answered that. As predicted.
