We are going to lose a few Big 12 games. Our secondary is weak and we can't pressure without blitzing.....In this conference you get beat with that. Throw in a few coaching miscues like we had tonight and we have an 8-4 record this year.....

I am coming away with one solid take away.

We are the best and most complete team in the Big 12 and if we don't win the conference and make the playoffs. This is a huge disappointment.

The O was good enough to win. But the D has a LOOONG way to go, and they better speed to get there.

D wasn't given a chance. Terrible terrible play calling blitzing so many times leaving guys on islands. Mix it up. You can't go one dimensional like we did. Do that against OU and we'll see the same result.

Wow, some of the responses. We just played a damn good LSU team within one score, after some self-inflicted mistakes that could have changed the outcome.

We’ve been out to sea for a full decade and this was a very respectable showing tonight, in my opinion. A lot to work on still but we were in this game. One of the announcers said they may have LSU at #1 this week.

LSU knows they were in a fight tonight and it was not an easy victory.

Did you watch the game?

I saw us with 530 yards of offense/5 touchdowns, against a top defense (LSU was #5 in total defense in 2018). A "terrible" OL does not get that done

We also had more rushing yards and more 1st downs than them

Sorry, not kicking a field goal on at least one of the two 4th and goals was stupid. Giving up that last TD on 3rd and a ******* mile...stupid! Defense sucked tonight. Like we have done many times, we make a 2nd year QB in a BRAND NEW offense a Hesiman candidate.

Anyone else catch the stat of the first time in LSU freaking HISTORY they had 3 100 yard receivers in a game? First time.
