Another oddity about the story is the claim that 'neighbors' were claiming to have seen people in and out of the home at off hours...where are the interviews with the neighbors? Surely SOMEONE living near the Pelosi home hates their politics enough to dish the story...

Come on, Deezer, you know the drill. WP and NYT does one honest article per 2-year political cycle as a means to deflect attacks regarding their media bias. Of course, they waited till the weekend before the election to post it (last minute) instead of much earlier. If dems were looking good come Tuesday, they would not have posted this. This is the MINIMUM they have to do say they do “independent and fair reporting”.
They do this right before the **** hits the fan so they can claim fair reporting. Recall NYT wrote an article about the damage done by school lockdowns 2 years after Covid. They only concede after it becomes embarrassingly obvious, but they hit the launch button seconds before the launch pad blows up.
The standards are very low for them. I'll take what I can get. Lol. At least they didn't wait until after the election like they would have when Trump was on the ballot.

When the Democrats get clobbered next week, a la 2010/2014, losing numerical superiority in the Senate (note I didn't say control), the House, lots of governorships, and a multitude of local races, look for the floodgates to open about how senile Slow Joe really is.

I hope Biden can complete his term - not because I support Biden (I don't), but because I fear that Kamala could be much worse.

It is a sad day when otherwise sane people are praying that an idiot like Walker gets elected to the Senate. And other sane people are revelling in the fact that the guy in Pennsylvnia won. I watched that debate and he has less cognitive ability than President Chance the Gardener.
It's mostly election day votes from red areas in the county supposedly. Not much of a chance but still a chance.
