(1) bad judgement by POTUS on that tweet

(2) Zelensky has made a statement that Yovanavich was a poor ambassador, was hard to work with, and favored the prior Ukraine regime. Expect cross examination to go over this w/ her
 
If any of you have ever had to fire anyone you know each feels they are treated unfairly and act very much like this Yovanovitch person.

I did not know Zelensky had also felt she was not a good fit for Ukraine.
 
If Yovanovitch is such an all anti-corruption person, then why did she stand by and allow Joe and Hunter Biden have all that corruption?
 
Chris Wallace saying she is credible and her testimony is troubling for Trump.

Of course he does. And liberals and Dems say Fox News is in Trump's and the Rs corner. Wallace has had it out for Trump for quite a while.
 
Dems characterizing Trump's tweets today at Yovanovitch as intimidating. Martha MaCallum read something from Mark Levin saying how could she be aware of the tweets during testimony if Shifty hadn't read them? And what will trump do to her?

Schiff won't allow a female Rep (Stefanik, NY) to question Yovanovich….

I guess the optics of a woman seriously questioning another woman doesn't serve the Dem purpose today

Only if supporting means assuming innocence and not supporting means assuming guilt. Granted, it probably most does mean that.
 
To be fair, Clapper and Brennan (at least) did perjure themselves before Congress. Of course, Trump complains about this as though he has no control over it. He does. He can order Barr to go after them.
 
Just back from the vet, the chiro, to pick up my bike and a SBux run, so missed a couple hours, but I am not satisfied with Castor's cross here. He was much better yesterday. I guess they decided that this woman's testimony was not harmful and so decided to handle her with soft gloves. Not how I would have done it, but I am not sure it matters.

Did she produce anything damaging that I missed?
 
"Calls for speculation" is another objection to kill most of this as inadmissible

She was called as a "fact witness" but she is not a fact witness to anything, other than being fired
