The White House stonewalling is now kicking into gear. First the unsuccessful attempt to stop Yovanovich from testifying, then Fiona Hill being told to use a very liberal view of Executive Privilege. Now the OMB is refusing to comply with the Congressional subpoenas claiming the reportedly flimsy legal argument that the Impeachment Inquiry is unconstitutional. If the OMB info shows that Trump and political appointees took the Ukraine funding out of the hands of career bureaucrats for personal political reasons then Trump is done. He won't get impeached by the Senate but his reelection will be a Mount Everest sized hill to climb.
On top of we don't even have a full transcript. This is exactly what the dishonest democrats wanted. Have a closed session and just release snippets where we can't get the full picture. Maybe everything what the NYT said on Hill's statement is correct but how the hell are we supposed to know for sure?

The President of the US gets to dictate foreign policy. If those in the DOS aren't carrying out his orders, he can get others to help him out. Of course, as President he has the right to fire all those people and hire others. He isn't a good administrator to do that, so he finds the easy way out.

This is 100% true which is why Trump should own any evidence of corrupt execution of his policies, especially because he chose to go outside the normal avenues of implementation procedures. Trump owns it. No ifs, ands or buts.

It would be 100% illegal while he was Senator/VP for the past ~30 years. Recognizing that Republicans are salivating over the wish thats true what are the odds that happened, especially was paid for it while in office?
If Biden lobbied he'd have to have done it since 2017. Nobody is claiming Ukraine interaction between Biden and Ukraine since left office that I have seen but I haven't been hanging on every Biden rumor.

Honestly I don’t know but if yes or if no, I’m certain it was not due to a lack of time/opportunity.

That's fine. Anything's possible, I suppose. It's also possible that Joe Biden actually killed Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown and framed OJ. I'll need to see some evidence. Though possible, it's very highly improbable.

CNN is reporting (no link yet) that the investigation opened by SDNY on Guiliani was a counterintelligence investigation. There was concern that he was wittingly or unwittingly being used by foreign nationals hostile to US interests.

Schiff along with representatives of 3 House committees spent the day with Kurt Volker who was testifying before them. Think this "secret meeting" is the same as that sworn deposition which had Democrat and Republican representatives present or do you think Schiff met separately with Volker either before or after his Congressional testimony?
My money is that this passage will be directly from Volkers testimony and in the transcript that is eventually released. Republicans are fighting back with their own selective leaks. The Daily Caller's description of this as a "secret", almost clandestined, meeting is questionable at best.
@Garmel is the Daily Caller part of the MSM you drone on about?
