I have grown a spider named Larry

Don't worry. This mantis is nowhere near the level of Larry. He hates teams like Rice and Baylor.

I said goodbye to larry who was busy devouring the remains of Bob the stiknk bug this morning.

I told him i was sorry I couldn't take to the Rice game with me btu he said he had to remake his web anyway.

Weather here is warm, I think he's going to make it to the OU game.

Midtown is watching the game at my place this weekend sans me, he can feed larry after the rice game.

I was going to say that you should feed him ladybugs (red of course), but as previously discussed, we don't need mojo for rice or baylor.

There's some old pizza on my coffee table and this fly is going to town on it. If he lives to the Big 12 Championship, I'm moving out.

I squashed a big *** spider today. Right before I did he came down from the ceiling and I named him Clayton. I knew it was a bad spider because he only had one fang.

It was riainf like crazy here, i hope larry is ok, the rain ruins his web and he hides int he tomatoes

I dont know if Ive ever seen it rain that hard in the city, or perhaps ive never been out drinking when its raining that hard. I was soaked head to toe and I had an umbrella, where as larry had nothing. I hope hes ok. (sniff sniif)

My camera seems to blot him out, I have a canon powershot s30 digital, what settings should I set it to so I can get pics of him?

On normal he just like, isn't there.

hmmm, not sure. what about turning off the flash and using a flashlight to illuminate him? it's the flash that's blotting him out, right?

(i'm clearly not an accomplished photographer)
