How do you ask a woman out on a date?

Sheesh Euro! IT took how many pages for us to get his to ask her out and NOW you want to **** on it? C'mon son! Get in the game!
 
Let me guess what happens next.

UTGal is going to take Punt out for a few days and show him the ropes. Punt will become this huge stud and all of the girls will love him and want to be with him. Punt gets an attitude because he is now a badass; meanwhile he treats UTGal like **** and she cries. Punt goes to the late night party and starts making out with a slut, but somehow UTGal finds Punt at the party in the bed with the slut. Punt realizes what an *** he has been and runs after UTGal.

UTGal says **** off and has a 3way with her model looking friend and stillaphlopin.
 
so i take it that she hasn't responded.

for the love gawd, if she doesn't respond, please, please, please do NOT send her follow emails asking if she received your original email. you would indeed be reliving the scene from swingers if you did so.

in the unfortunate even that she doesn't respond, just let it go and act like nothing happened. it'll be less ackward for all.

but GOOD LUCK. we're all pulling for you.
 
Listen to Dlev, like it sounds that you are.

Be proud that you pretty much man-ed up on something that was important to you.

This is a positive, now you can shut your brain down a bit on this particular issue.

Well, she and I work in the same environment. I'll be seeing her fairly regularly.

I'm not closing the door on any potential future relationship. I'm going to try again later, maybe in a couple of weeks or so.

I'll just try to figure out a better approach.

As I referenced in an earlier post, you have to put out effort to pursue and achieve what you want. Maybe she's the kind of person that wants me to ask about 5 times before she says yes. ... I'm ok with that ... and that's what I'm going to do. She seems worth it.

And, as I said earlier, she was sort of my supervisor and sort of not, she hired me, but she gave me a job to do but had little oversight of how I did that job. She just trusted me to do my job. And I did it ... pretty damn well I think.

One of the few things that is funny, is that we had some important business to do ... we had to liaison with another group of people ... she simply told me to go ask several specific questions ... and she told me to go ask the questions for 5 days in a row because we wanted to make sure that we did things right.

So, I asked the questions, and I told the people that I was asking that I was going to be back for the next 5 days to ask the same exact questions because my boss told me to. They laughed, but in the end, we got everything right.

Eh, we'll see. Tomorrow is another day.
