horns vs bama 2023 thread

Strong mini movie. The biggest “read” I get from this movie and what I have seen and heard so far is the mental toughness, the togetherness, positive attitude, players holding each other accountable, each player having each others back, being on the same page. Think about where our mentality and locker room was 3 years ago and all the bs going on. Sark and the coaches have done an incredible job in this area and the players believe and have bought in. This is the atmosphere necessary to have a great team. It will also help recruiting. I tend to believe this program is finally on the right path.

I’m thinking a t-shirt with a Horns Up hand and “That’s What We Do” should be in my wardrobe.

I thought this was somewhat in evidence last year. They didn't win all their games but you could feel that the ship was headed in the right direction. That's why it was so frustrating to hear people carping about how much better Sark and PK should have been doing, and how they should have won a game or two more. It's a process and it was done right. We're seeing the results.

You know, Sark read my comment on hornfans and decided to up his game!
I've pointed out on several occasions that the Longhorn coaching staffs in the past have been ignorant of the wealth of knowledge available here on Hornfans. Perhaps we finally have a head coach now that gets it! :bounce1::yippee::bounce2:

speaking about binder-boy, looks like he is headed to a 1-3 start at FAU.

Monmouth College in IL probably has under 1000 students and I suspect have barely the budget to field a football team.... FAU should have beaten them by more than 42-20!
