Credible or not, he describes in extreme detail the process and level of scrutiny for the audit. If those facts are false, it would get debunked fairly easily and quickly.
Respectfully, the problem I have with this statement is that you've admitted that credibility doesn't matter but rather you like the content. He literally could be lying to you or simply only giving part of the story. Credibility is the PRIMARY characteristic of the author that should matter when discerning how much value to give to the article. This applies to any author/source we all consume.
Bernard Kerik is an admitted liar. As a former felon, most wouldn't listen to him at all. In fact, nobody did until Guiliani pulled him into the Trump orbit.
