This has nothing to do with you or any collective you seem to think you represent, HIC. I, personally, am not a fan of meyer, for his personal failings, nor Herman(for his losing ways) Why do you think this has anything with you personally at all?

Edit: I get it, you think Herman is a moral/ ethical failure. I disagree. He fails in other ways imo

Because Lamar Jackson is not only starting at QB in the NFL, he was the MVP last season of the entire league.
Where are the rest of those guys Herman thought we better/smarter QBs now?

Where's the proof that Herman ever said any of this except the word of a booze addled woman beater with an axe to grind?
 
My wife has a cousin whose friends brother in law knows a real estate guy in Austin who is in an agency there and was showing houses to a Mrs Meyer this week. And her husband is supposed to be a “Big Dog”. This may be our shot. Something to these rumors?

Again, implying that the statement Smith accuses Herman of is somehow true.

So you never really questioned the statement by Smith or wondered about any proof to back it up.

That's not true. I posted the direct quote from an eyewitness. Which is more probative of the truth than anything you have shown, or can show. While you can argue the character/reputation of the eyewitness is poor (something I would actually agree with) and because of this you do not think the eyewitness should be believed. But its just an argument, its proof of nothing. So the problem here is that you dont really understand what the word 'proof' means.

In addition, we have the actual results of the different QBs recruited by Herman. We have Lamar Jackson's subsequent record vs. the record of all the QBs Herman recruited over Jackson. That is or should be proof enough for anyone. Do you really mean to argue that Lamar Jackson is not the superior QB to Herman's guys -- Cardale Jones, Braxton Miller, JT Barrett, Greg Ward? That's crazy.

Nope. Was never my argument.
My argument was always the authenticity of Smith's quote.
Just because Smith says that Herman says doesn't make it so.
 
Their all losers. The fired coach, his crazy wife who's own family disowned her, and Herman who's won squat here at Texas while alienating half the fans, and likely to be fired as well without an unlikely win out scenario.

The problem you have with this position is that Smith's allegation is supported by other independently verifiable facts that are consistent with his claim. For example, tOSU recruiting, then led by Herman, did look at Lamar Jackson but did not offer him at QB. While not dispositive, it is nonetheless supportive of his version.

What facts do you have to support your version of events? Facts not just more opinion

Nothing you have pointed out can prove Herman said what Smith said he said.
None of the "facts" you point to support anything other than your opinion.
Unless you can find me a video or an audio recording of the event, it is hearsay and innuendo.
