Duck, Bill in Sinton is a long time devoted poster and his level of focus cannot be challenged.

besides, he may be right. Just because Herman is one of a million Californians in Austin now and does not share our respect for some traditions doesn’t mean he may not turn out to be a masterful coach given time.

He-Man's had 4 years, and has delivered squat. Trophy case is bare assed empty. Picked by most to win the conference - will finish 3rd, with a 4 year QB starter.

Herman's such a predictable coach, my spreadsheet based prediction of the season was spot on:

No reason to think, with a new QB, and the best players on the defense and offense leaving, that he's going to break out of the lose to OU, lose to either TCU or OSU, lose 1 more, pattern that he's been in for all 4 years. 3 losses in a 9 game conference season pretty much relegates you to watching the B12 game on TV instead of participating.

There's a small, persistent troll group out there fighting for TH. I've noticed it on YT. I'm sure much of it is coming from OU and Aggy. But not all.
 
I voted to retain right after UM backed out. I reacted emotionally and was not in a good place .... probably should have waited to vote.....

However, if no UM, I’m not sure I see a better/available replacement on the horizon.

Rookie mistake, but that's ok. I don't know if my former mother-in-law or father-in-law cancel your vote. They are on the South side of Tony Foyt in Memorial Oaks should you want to ask them.

To what, another year of Herman? Most likely, but another year of 3 plus conference loses plus an out of C one is hardly worth a big tub of popcorn. More like the leftover fruitcake from Christmas. Predictable, and not good.
