It might have holding, but as for DPI, I'm not sure the pass was catchable. It was so far behind that the jersey-grab might have made the pass more catchable by helping the WR slow down, otherwise he'd have been even farther beyond where the ball ended up...

There's no such thing as catchability. It's either interference or not, even if the ball really isn't "there."
