How many negative plays does Quinn have? He's too short to be a PP and he can't get outside the pocket to throw, either.

Arch needs to be in this game. It's unreal at this point. Quinn has been paid enough and has been treated well enough. He's not coming back, anyway.

It might have holding, but as for DPI, I'm not sure the pass was catchable. It was so far behind that the jersey-grab might have made the pass more catchable by helping the WR slow down, otherwise he'd have been even farther beyond where the ball ended up...
