That was all on pk. They have been getting good pressure with 4 and sometimes a lb. So he dials up a safety blitz and drops everyone else 25 yards. I fear that may be the turning point with them getting the ball to start the second half and Texas third quarter woes.

Some positives....we have run more plays (unlike against ASU) they have more yardage...but only due to that stupid screen. we have more first downs. I never expected that. And as badly as it feels we have played, we are only down 7 and only due to that fluke play

Ohio State is clearly the better team so being tied 7-7 at half was a critical advantage for us. And then our dumb *** coach calls for a blitz with 29 seconds left. Just totally pathetic.

We have every opportunity to win this game. Our offense needs to find some better rhythm. I also think that we can beat them deep if the line can give Quinn time.

I think most of our problems on offense aren't play calling. They are poor pocket presence, inaccurate passes, accurate but dropped passes, and no running lanes.

That said, we oeem unwilling to throw quick passes over the middle. Only slow developing routes or quick sideline routes. The slow ones don't work given the lack of pocket presence. And sideline dependence often leads to pick 6s.

They have hit four or five passes in the 4-12 yd range between the hashes that came out quickly. Do we even have one?

We need some halftime adjustments. Second-half Steve needs to show up. Ohio State is good, but we can move the ball on them with some unpredictable play calling.

Mostly agree but the safeties still needed to take good angles to run ahead of the screen and cut Henderson off down the sideline, rather than running right into the blockers and making their job easier.

Prior to the second OSU score, the stats were close to even - and Texas had some momentum. Unfortunate breakdown on that play. Need to come out with some adjustments - more pressure on Howard.
