I heard but not a necessarily unbiased source hospitalizations we’re higher among vaccinated too but not gonna bet on that.

-Lib Politicians shut down entire States while they sneak out and eat at the French Laundry, and secretly have their hair done. Despite the hypocrisy, Pelosi and Lightfoot remain grotesque in appearance.
-Lib governors say you can buy certain products at stores, but not others in the same stores.
-Libs invoke "emergency" measures to do stupid stuff daily. Police officers are actually sent to private residences to make sure new arrivals to States are self-quarantining.
-Biden complains that Covid is a "pandemic of the unvaccinated" while simultaneously allowing over 2.3million illegals into the country without Federal testing for Covid, or vaccinations
-Teacher's Unions tell the CDC what to provide in their "guidance" announcements regarding students returning to school. Unsurprisingly, teachers want to stay home and sit on their asses despite the psychological damage to children. The CDC complies. Billions of dollars are given to schools to improve "ventilation", but no one ever sees any new ventilation.
-Libs are able to discredit their entire party, public school districts, teacher's unions, the CDC, and the vast majority of the medical community with their idiocy during Covid.
-Pharma makes billions, and former CDC and government turds are suddenly working for Pharma.
-Two days before the State of the Union address, but just after polls indicate Americans have had enough of the Lib's mask bullshite, Democrats suddenly decide that masks need not be worn at the State of the Union Address. "Science" is suddenly not as important as polling.

If it has been called the influenza vaccine for decades or a century, then it has always technically been called the wrong thing. That is because up until the covid comedy, the definition of a vaccine was a drug or shot that gave the recipient acquired immunity. You know, you won't get sick or debilitatingly ill from the virus the vaccine is protecting against.

So, semantics aside, we were lied to initially about what the covid shot was supposed to do. It was supposed to, we were told, prevent the symptoms and give acquired immunity to covid. We were not told initially it was just a WAG to lessen, hopefully, fingers crossed, the symptoms of covid.

But, let's face it, there are so many strains of the flu that have developed that the flu shot is a WAG every year. Yet, somehow, the "scientists" nailed down covid and developed a shot to lessen its effects.

Once the whole scare of no hospital beds and ICU rooms being available went away, that is where the push for covid shots went way over the line. Wouldn't you agree? And, further, as we discussed at the time, why and when did it become the responsibility of people like me to get a shot/vaccine/whatever to prevent the hospitals from supposedly being overrun with...sick people?

I can and should be able to choose what goes in my body. That went by the wayside for a while with the covid shot money grab. That is what it was and is. Doctors and politicians don't give a crap if I get sick.

Statistically speaking:

What % of vaxed people had severe symptoms
vs
What % of unvaxed people had severe symptoms

It's not exactly that simple, in part because both vaxed and unvaxed people who don't visit a doc or a hospital because their symptoms are so mild they never even knew they had it are under-reported or not reported at all, but instead are only estimated. Also, I have doubts if "severe" has the same meaning all over the country.

One can get a fuzzy picture of relative rates of severe symptoms between the two populations, but the data is certainly subject to flaws and poor reporting.
