I sure wasn't, but I heard what the rest of the public was told.
If it has been called the influenza vaccine for decades or a century, then it has always technically been called the wrong thing. That is because up until the covid comedy, the definition of a vaccine was a drug or shot that gave the recipient acquired immunity. You know, you won't get sick or debilitatingly ill from the virus the vaccine is protecting against.
So, semantics aside, we were lied to initially about what the covid shot was supposed to do. It was supposed to, we were told, prevent the symptoms and give acquired immunity to covid. We were not told initially it was just a WAG to lessen, hopefully, fingers crossed, the symptoms of covid.
But, let's face it, there are so many strains of the flu that have developed that the flu shot is a WAG every year. Yet, somehow, the "scientists" nailed down covid and developed a shot to lessen its effects.
Seriously, why do you really think that someone like me needs that shot? Or have I misunderstood you on that?
