Seasonality of Covid cases. Shows Europe cases in the fall and how all the different countries with different approaches all have the same shaped curve. Just maybe all the measures taken really don't do much of anything? Deaths are nowhere near their spring levels.

California- curfew from 10 pm to 5 am state wide

What do you want to bet this does not apply to Newsome and staff, or his lawyers and lobbyists?

Minnesota looking at rule by executive fiat
90 days in jail or a $1000 fine if you socialize (speak or hang out with) someone who does not live in your home. Whether inside your home or anywhere else, including outdoors.
If you "threaten to do so anyway", you face a $25,000 fine.

Apparently, you can continue to test positive months after you initially test positive. Accordingly, clinicians are allowed in many hospitals, clinics etc to work while positive.

Who benefits from lockdowns? Who loses?

An article expanding on the wealth transfer allowed by the reaction to the virus from China --

" .... The oligarchic class now owns as much as 50% of world’s assets. Just five companies—Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Facebook, and Microsoft—account for over 20% of the market capitalization of the entire S&P 500 index.

Today’s new oligarchs constitute a modern-day equivalent of the Medieval aristocracy. Like the barbarians who seized control of land during the demise of Rome, they seem well-positioned to benefit from the emerging social distance-driven recession. The dislocation caused by the pandemic has greatly expanded the financial assets of the country’s increasingly hegemonic giant banks. But the biggest long-term winners are the big tech firms that dominate digital pathways at a time when the analog world, already failing, now faces inexorable obliteration...."

You are non-contagious 10 days after symptoms, assuming you no longer have a fever, etc. which indicates recovery.

I know. My point is that the test tells you that you are sick or were sick. So I’m guessing a large percentage of people testing positive are not sick - they were sick. In my world, very few that I know who have tested positive had symptoms.
