Comey and Mueller

Ive brought this case up before, but the DC provides a timely reminder to help everyone remember who we are dealing with --

"As FBI director ... Robert Mueller directed his agents to oppose the pardons of four wrongfully imprisoned men because exculpatory evidence was merely “fodder for cross-examination,” ... the four men ... were awarded $102 million by a federal judge in Boston."

Not So Honorable: Docs Show Mueller’s FBI Denied Justice To Four Innocent Men

...Here is the terrific Sidney Powell on Weismann. Powell is herself a former federal prosecutor and past president of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers .....

I mentioned Sidney Powell yesterday and by lucky coincidence she just posted a new article on Mueller. Given her real life success against SCs in the past, she is probably worth paying attention to. Here she addresses the 302 issues in the Flynn case I wrote about above --

" ..... It gets worse. The Inspector General of the Department of Justice reported late last week that Mueller wiped Peter Strzok’s cell phone of all messages during the crucial time he was working for special counsel. The IG was unable to recover any text messages from it.

This was after the inspector general informed Mueller of the extreme bias of Strzok and Page evidenced by thousands of text messages on their phones. These messages were so egregious they required their termination from Mueller’s squad. Not only did Mueller hide this development from Congress, but he destroyed evidence on Strzok’s phone and allowed DOJ to do the same for Page’s phone. That’s a crime.* Mueller put Paul Manafort in solitary confinement for simply trying to contact a witness.

Any ethical law Department of Justice official would have taken custody of all electronic devices of Strzok and Page immediately upon discovery of their extreme bias and blatant misconduct — or certainly upon their termination — and preserved all the evidence. For Mueller to destroy this evidence is blatant obstruction of justice that warrants his immediate termination. The same is true for Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein who was “overseeing” it at the time.

Mueller has shown abject contempt for the wrong court. Judge Sullivan is a real judge who believes in the rule of law and has the integrity to enforce it equally. The evidence strongly suggests Mueller violated Brady, destroyed or suppressed evidence, and obstructed justice in violation of 18 USC §1512(c). He has disgraced himself and the Department of Justice. Mueller’s time is up."

POWELL: New Facts Indicate Mueller Destroyed Evidence, Obstructed Justice

The question is when will Mueller pay for the nonsense he and his team have pulled. Hopefully, Sullivan will be the one that lays the hammer on him.

One thing I suspect everyone realizes by now, including committed liberals (even if they would never admit it publicly) --

-- If Flynn hadn't worked for Trump
-- If Cohen hadn't worked Trump
-- If Manafort hadn't worked for Trump
None of them would ever have been prosecuted or even targeted

I used to work there and you could throw a rock in any direction in DC and hit somebody guilty of the same kind of stuff
This is guilt by proximity to Trump

To their credit, NPR (of all people) pointed out the Michael Cohen criminal investigation crawled all through his life and found no visits or ties to Prague. One of the many inconsistencies with the truth found in the Steele/FBI dossier.

"The charges they didn't make
Item: Cohen ostensibly played a key role in the version of events told by the infamous, partly unverified Russia dossier. He denied that strongly to Congress. He also has admitted lying to Congress and submitted an important new version of other events.

But that new story didn't include a trip to Prague, as described in the dossier. Nor did Cohen discuss that in his interview on Friday on ABC News. Could the trip, or a trip, still be substantiated? Yes, maybe — but if it happened, would a man go to prison for three years without anyone having mentioned it?..."

The Russia Investigations: A Case Still Unproven

Doesn't this all look and sound like a political prosecution? I think Stalin might be jealous with some of what they are getting away with.

Let us look at who Mueller has gone after --
-- One of the President's Campaign chairs; that chair’s associate and associate’s attorney
-- One of the President's personal attorneys and his partner, destroying Atty-Client privilege in the process (just like they did by getting rid of the nuclear option, Dems will also regret destroying AC-P later)
-- The President's Nat Security Advisor and his 2 partners
-- 2 House members who were among the first endorse Trump for President

And for what?
None of it for "collusion"
None of it having anything to do with "Russia"
None of it having anything directly to do with "the 2016 election"
And most of it on stuff rarely ever prosecuted.

And while Trump people are prosecuted for off-topic (non-collusion) stuff; for process crimes related to off-topic stuff (Zwaan); for immaterial process crimes (Papado; Flynn); or for stuff rarely prosecuted (FARA; FEC), everyone on Team Clinton skated thanks to Comey and his band of merry pranksters.

Just as one example, the DOJ charged two Flynn associates for failing to register under FARA and with the default charge of "lying to the FBI." That same charge could have been used against multiple Democrats involved with EmailGate, who we know lied, but was not. Why not? And if we are throwing FARA charges around, why has neither Podesta Brother been charged? They were knee deep in the exact same stuff, even working with Manafort. What other difference is there with the Podestas other than the fact that they are connected Dems?

And where has our media been n all of this over the last year and a half? I am so old I remember when they used to say they were the ones who held the powerful accountable. It's nonsense. Today, they are mere shills for the side they picked. As such, they are enablers of those in charge of these political abuses. Even Stalin, whose regime invented the Mueller credo of "show me the man and I'll find you the crime," would be jealous of the treatment the US media has given the SC.

Maybe the single most tragic part of all of this stinky mess is the corruption of US Intelligence. I really used to hope these guys flew straight. That they were serious people with serious jobs who were above ever letting politics cloud their vision. Never again. And they used the unquestioning media just like the Dems do. Look what they did to Flynn, their own guy? They leaked Flynn conversations to the WAPO. Which was then used as the excuse to interview Flynn in the first place. The IC knew what they were doing. They were out to get Flynn, and they got him. The current situation with these people and the press i's the exact inverse of the Pentagon Papers. What has happened to these people?

My guess on the Flynn sentence is plea agreement upheld but no jail time. If in the odd chance he did get jail time, Trump will pardon -- leave no man behind.

People are tweeting the hearing

Sullivan did say the circumstances of Flynn's FBI interview, as raised by his attorneys last week, "concerned the court."

And they raise "issues that may call into question his guilty plea."

But he gave Flynn the chance to withdraw the plea, and Flynn declined

The reason Flynn declined to change his plea is because that would open the door for the Mueller Thugs to prosecute his son for the Turkey stuff. Flynn agreed to say he lied to give Mueller a much-needed Russia-related offense and get Mueller off his son.

On the very day POTUS is imposing sanctions on Russia, Flynn was on the phone telling the Russians not to worry, they'll take care of it. And he didn't just lie about it. He instructed multiple members of the WH to retell his lie.

Last week, Flynn had paid his legal team God knows how much money to set the table for him to be set free. And the government was helping.

Last minute, the defense says it was entrapment, but not going to change Flynn guilty plea, please set him free, but for whatever it's worth, I was tricked into lying by these thugs.

Judge is talking Turkey with Flynn and tells him he sold our government out. Asks government if they considered charging Flynn with treason, but because it is such a serious question they say they are hesitant to answer the question, but they have no reason to believe he committed treason. Sullivan asks Flynn if he really wants to go through with sentencing. Flynn says yes. Sullivan asks for a recess to ruminate.

Now Flynn does want to delay his sentencing. Defense wants to ruminate if they wish to further cooperate with the government before sentencing.

update: Defense asks for status conference in 90 days. Judge agrees.

So, as it turns out, if you hire "13 Angry Democrats" to run your "impartial" and "independent" special counsel "investigation," the only people who get indicted are those hated by Democrats.

Coincidence?

Strzok perjured himself
Comey perjured himself
Clapper perjured himself
Brennan perjured himself
Simpson perjured himself
McCabe perjured himself
Hillary perjured herself

Their punishment? TV contracts and book deals.

What we have here, is a two-tiered justice system.

It appears that Mueller did file an unredacted version of the Strzok 302 but it was under seal, which is why it was not with the docs published Friday. Judge Sullivan told Mueller there was no reason to hide it from the public that way. So he made him publish it (with redactions)

That’s not how I read the minute order. It looks like Mueller submitted two versions, one unredacted and the other redacted for public release. The Court’s order finds that the government-submitted redactions were appropriate and should be filed on the public docket.

American historical events that were of a shorter duration than the Mueller investigation:

The Mexican-American war
The Spanish-American war
American involvement in WW1
The Gulf War
